What is the Las Vegas Scramble?

This is a hybrid Scramble Format. All Players on the team tee off. The Team will then choose the best tee shot. The players will play thier own balls from that point until they have holed out. The team will record the lowest players score for thier team score (3 Drive minimum per player)
