Shipping
All merchandise orders are processed and delivered within 7–10 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at thegreenkeepers.az@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

**Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Note: This policy applies to merchandise purchases only. Event tickets are non-refundable.
